A conviction for possession with the intent to supply can result in substantial prison sentences and under the Proceeds of Crime Act. You may be made the subject of a Confiscation Order.
Prosecution of a class A drug will result in a higher sentence and could result in life imprisonment, a fine, or in some cases both.
